On-line Payment details

Please check your total before you hit submit as some payment options have additional charges.

We now have three different options of payment.

At the end of the application you will select one of three payment methods and based on which payment option you choose your total may change as some payment options have additional charges.

If you choose to pay by credit card or online by check you will be directed to a secure site and you will enter your payment information there. The Cincinnati/Dayton Florida College Booster Club or any of its affiliates will not have access to your personal bank account or credit card information.

Some of you may be skeptical of paying on-line. However, this process has the same security as if you walked into a store to pay with a check or credit card as all payment information with the exception of cash goes through the internet.

Paying online by check: This option is no additional charge. If you choose this option you will need one of your checks in front of you in order to enter the correct routing number and account number. The payment screen will direct you as to which numbers on your check to enter.

Paying by Visa or MasterCard: Make sure you have your payment information ready when you register.

If you choose either of the two options above you will be required to enter some personal information (this is all done on a separate secure site that specializes in payments). Once you enter your payment information and select "Process Payment" a "Payment Approved" page will appear, please print and keep this as it is record that your payment has been received and your child is registered. Any information beyond that you will need to refer to your bank or credit card statements, depending on your method of payment.

Paying by check by mail: You still have the option of paying by regular check and mailing it but will now incur an extra fee for this option. We highly suggest you pay by on-line check to avoid any extra fees. Since deposits are no longer accepted for camp if your check does not include the full amount it, unfortunately, can not be processed and will be mailed back to you. If you have paid in full you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your payment has been received, however because of the length of time required to receive and process your payment it may be a few weeks before you receive a confirmation. With this payment option you must write the campers first and last name in the memo section of the check in order for your payment to be applied properly.

 

As with all payment types you will be responsible for paying any fees incurred for non sufficient funds.

 

Financial Hardship: If you are suffering financial hardship and none of the above payment options work for you. Please contact the Camp Directors to make special arrangements or to request needy camper aid.
